Welcome to Tiger EV Charging Limited (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.tigerev.co.uk) and your purchase of electric vehicle (EV) charge points and related installation services in the United Kingdom.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may impair its availability or functionality. All content is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
3. Eligibility
To place an order, you must:
Be 18 years or older.
Be a UK resident.
Have authority to arrange installations at the property in question.
4. Products and Services
We offer:
EV charging points for residential and commercial use.
Professional installation by qualified, vetted and verified installers as part of our installer network.
Support for OZEV grants (if eligible).
Details of the features, specifications, and warranty for each product are provided on the product pages.
5. Ordering Process
Choose your charger and provide required property and installation details.
We may conduct a remote or physical site survey. On-site surveys will incur additional fees.
You will receive a confirmation and installation dates via email.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
We reserve the right to refuse any order where incorrect or misleading information has been provided.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is due at the time of order unless a split payment option has been agreed.
We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, Klarna, Paypal, and bank transfer.
If eligible for an OZEV grant, the grant amount will be deducted from your total price at checkout or invoice stage. If your application is later rejected, you will be responsible for paying the full balance.
7. Surveys and Installation
Standard installation includes mounting the charger on an exterior wall within the purchased installation package distance of your consumer unit, with suitable Wi-Fi/mobile signal.
Non-standard installations (e.g. cable trenching, fuse board upgrades) may incur additional charges.
You must ensure access to the property and all required permissions (e.g. landlord consent) on the agreed installation date.
Changes or cancellations to confirmed installation dates must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Installations are carried out by qualified engineers registered with appropriate UK regulatory bodies (e.g. NICEIC, NAPIT).
8. Consumer Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day after the order is confirmed.
If you cancel after installation has begun, you will be responsible for the cost of any services already performed. If you’ve received your EV charge point you will need to return this before a refund will be made. To cancel, email us at hello@tigerev.co.uk with your order details.
9. Warranty and Liability
All EV chargers come with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically 3 years.
Installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.
We are not liable for faults caused by misuse, power surges, or unauthorised alterations.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. OZEV Grant Eligibility (if applicable)
Where applicable, you may be eligible for a grant through the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV). It is your responsibility to ensure eligibility and provide required documentation.
If your grant is denied due to incorrect or missing information, the grant value must be paid by you.
11. Data Protection
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
12. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any loss or damage shall not exceed the total value of the order, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
13. Complaints
We aim to resolve any complaints quickly and fairly. Please email hello@tigerev.co.uk and we will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
You can also contact Citizens Advice or refer to the Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme if we cannot resolve the issue.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
