Renters and Flat Owners

If you live in rental or shared ownership property or own an apartment or flat you could be eligible for up to £350 off of your EV charge point installation. If you have a dedicated off road parking space and own or lease an electric vehicle then you’re pretty much good to go! Full eligibility from gov.uk is here.

Homes with on-street parking

Households with on-street parking only are eligible for up to £350 to help towards to cost of an EV charger alongside a cross-pavement charging solution such as a cable gully or overhead arm. You need to have non means of charging off-road, adequate on-street parking outside your home, permission from your local authority to install a cross-pavement charging solution and own or lease an electric vehicle. Businesses registered to your home

If you run a business from your home and have the business registered to the same address as your home you could be eligible for up to £350 towards your EV charge point installation. Your business must be registered to the address the EV charger is being installed at with Companies House or HMRC and you have to own or lease an electric vehicle either through the business or personally.
